On February 17, we welcomed Jordon MacLean and Wayne Martell of Cogent Systems as guest presenters at our dinner meeting.  Together, they provided a compelling overview of how digital fingerprinting technology—and in particular, Real Time Identification (RTID)—is impacting an increasing number of industries.  Specific to the defence and security sectors, Jordon and Wayne discussed the global impact of technological capabilities in real time security, policing, military and screening applications.  Their colleague, Nawar Zugeibeh, assisted with a live demonstration of some state-of-the-art equipment and software.  A solid presentation.
